Testimonials
I began working with Dr. Kessler when I realized that I often times underperformed physically, despite my consistent practice routines, when I needed to perform at my best. Using the skills that Dr. Kessler taught me has
brought my mental game on par with my physical game. By improving my mental game, I found that I was more able to play to my potential when needed and have been able to achieve my goals. Mental preparation is a way to gain an edge over your competition without lifting a club.

Dr. Kessler has helped me tremendously. He has helped me feel more confident not just in my golf game, but as a person.
